In may, this season of growth, Qingdao Yinghai meet achievement again, do the work of Zhuhai Power Plant Cathodic Protective System Reliability Improvement and Localization Transform . The project object is the two 700 MW unit in early construction of Zhuhai power plant, the impressed current anti-corrosion equipment of the plant is offered by Japan's Mitsubishi corporation and heavy industry society.

This time, we use the unit maintenance opportunity, to offer alternative Japan original auxiliary anode, reference electrode product design and product manufacture and installation. The localization products performance index is not lower than the Japanese original product. Due to the maintenance time is short 40-50 days, the design, production and installation time are very short, so this is a great test for our company. However, our design, production personnel are not be frightened by difficulties. After receiving the task, everybody brainstorm and working overtime, many time to go the site, access to a large amount of equipment data. We complete product design and production work with good quality in advance , to win the precious time to filed installation.  

This once again proved that not only our company research and development, design and production strength, but also proves that our company always at the forefront of the domestic on equipment localization, in line with the international standards. It can see that the success experience and strength of our "foreign equipment localization" is the guarantee, Qingdao Yinghai will not live up to the owner’s trust and expectations, we will overcome difficulties to comply with the quality management requirements of owner. According to the high quanlity standards of power plant, we complete the impressed current cathodic protection equipment localization work successful, ensure that the equipment index is not lower than the original manufacturer after the localization.

By this work, we show the innovation ability of Yinghai manufacture again. Also show we will make big breakthrough in corrosion filed in the future.
