The second-generation products are adopting the latest research formula mixed metal oxide (MMO) anode material to produce auxiliary electrode. It takes advantage of the high corrosion resistance of IrO2 in acid medium, while also taking into account the higher oxygen evolution over potential of IrO2 electrode, and adding IrO2 and SnO2, RuO2, Ta2O5, PdO and so on to make composite metal oxide electrodes.

1、We adopt new formula electrode materials, test data show (refer to the chlor-alkali industrial sub-standard, using solution 1MH2SO4, the current density 1500-2000A / m2 to do its enhanced life test), its life is ten times than ordinary Ru02-Ti02 anode life , can be widely applied in the seawater, sea fresh water environment.

2、The finished electrode adopts new technology and new material. The finished electrode can be washed and used many times. After the industrial test, the life of the finished electrode is 5 times more than other finished product electrode in the market.

3、The anode is designed and manufactured in an integrated manner, which avoids the failure of anode due to electrolyte penetration.

The purity of Ti should not less than the requierment of Grade 2 in table2 of ASTM B265. The Electrochemical property should meet the standard of NACE TM0108 and NACE TM0294.
