High silicon cast iron anode, which contains14% to 16% the element silicon, can improve the performance of anode materials, which has the advantages of low consumption rate, large permissible current density, low grounding resistance and high utilization rate.

Design purposes

It is mainly applied in corrosion protection of the oil transportation, gas transportation, water supply and drainage pipeline in fresh and underground water, underground cables, chemical engineering, communications, harbor, shipping, reservoir gate and other engineering. High silicon cast iron anode can be used in a variety of environments such as soil, fresh water, sea water etc.. When it is used in the soil, it is necessary to use coke filler, and the carbon content of coke material should not be less than 85%. Two methods can be used in burying anode: shallow buried anodic bed and deep well anodic bed.
